The VFW Post 879 tries to host and support events in and around Cranberry Township. Some of the events we have a history with include:

Memorial Day Ceremony

Every year we host a ceremony at the Veterans Memorial, located in the North Boundary Park, Cranberry Township, PA.

The Buddy Poppy events are our primary fundraisers. It is also our most well-known symbol for remembering veterans. We sell them twice a year,

The Cranberry Township Community Days typically occurs the weekend after the 4th of July. The post color guard helps kick things off by presenting the colors
